From Wednesday 24th till Monday 29th of June, in the frame of the running of the Carreras de las Estrellas Series at San Isidro Racecourse – a series of Group 1 races organized by Fundación Equina Argentina (Argentine Equine Foundation) – OSAF Handicappers Committee is convening for their mid-year meeting, with the attendance of handicappers from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Peru and Uruguay, Mr. Phil Smith as OSAF Advisor in ratings and the General Manager of OSAF.
